How are Merlot Skin Care products different from other skin care products?
Every Merlot product boasts the benefits of natural grape seed antioxidants. Merlot products are cruelty-free, paraben-free, and made in the USA. Our products are gentle enough to be used by all skin types, even sensitive.
How powerful are grape seed antioxidants?
The procyanadolic oligimers (PCO) contained in grape seed polyphenols have been found to be 50 times more powerful than Vitamin E and nearly 25 times more powerful than Vitamin C.
What do antioxidants do for the skin?
Antioxidants protect the skin from free radicals — the particles that attack and kill the skin’s collagen and elastin cells. Free radicals are caused by the likes of smoke, pollution, and UV rays. The antioxidants in Merlot products come from red grape seeds; some of the most powerful antioxidants around.

Do Merlot products have a shelf life?
There is no shelf life on Merlot Skin Care products. They have been stabilized and exceed the industry standards of 18 months to 3 years unopened. If the product is subjected to excessive heat or cold for short periods of time, it could result in a thicker or thinner texture, but won’t impact the products efficacy.
Is there a recommended regimen for using Merlot Skin Care products?
Merlot products can be used in a variety of ways, depending on your skin care needs.
A classic morning routine is: Cleanse, Tone, Moisturize. First, wash your face with Merlot Cleanser. Next, splash on Merlot Hydrating Toner to help freshen and firm skin. Then apply Merlot Moisturizer; it absorbs quickly and is the perfect primer before applying makeup.
For those prone to skin dryness, swap in Merlot Sunrise Serum after cleansing and before moisturizing. This will help deepen skin hydration.
In the evening, apply Merlot Moonlight Radiance Night Cream to lock in moisture and boost collagen production overnight.

We want to make sure you can receive your product as quickly as possible. We ship with USPS, and are able to ship to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and Canada.
United States: Standard: 3-7 business days
Canada: Standard: 7-10 business days

How can I use a promotional code?
If you have a promo or coupon code, you can use this at checkout by clicking on “Coupon/Gift Certificate” and then “Apply.” If the code is valid, it should be applied to your order. Codes sometimes have certain expiration dates and only one code can be used at a time.
Can I change or update my order?
Please email us. at as soon as possible if you need to change your order. We process orders quickly, but will do our best to accommodate your request.
I haven’t received my order yet, what should I do?
If you haven’t received your order in two weeks’ time, email us.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product that’s different than the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us and we’ll make sure to get you the product you ordered.

What do I do if my payment is declined?
If your payment didn’t go through, check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system. Double-check that your zip code is entered correctly. If the card is still declined, verify that your card isn’t expired. If none of these apply, please email us. We want to help!
