SHIPPING & HANDLING

Merlot Skin Care ships via the United States Postal Service (USPS) priority mail.

Orders typically ship out within 2-3 business days.

For orders within the U.S., shipping & handling is a flat rate of $7.95. Free shipping may be offered during various promotions.

For orders to Canada, shipping & handling is a flat rate of $20 with the customer responsible for any tax or duty.

We ship to P.O. Boxes. For shipment to offices and businesses, we require suite and floor numbers, if applicable.

There are no deliveries on Sundays or holidays at this time.

Every effort will be made so you can experience products from Merlot Skin Care.

Though we don’t anticipate you’ll need to make a return, Merlot Skin Care ensures easy returns.

Please contact us first to let us know why and how you’ll be making a return.

Please include the following information with your returned goods. If this information is not included, a refund can take longer to receive.

  •    Return for replacement, exchange, or refund

Please allow 10 – 15 business days from the time the item is received to process a refund. This may depend on the processing time from your credit card company. Customer may be required to cover the cost of shipping.
